Ingredients
4 Hallibut fillets
1 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons rosemary leaves
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
panko bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Wipe Halibut fillets dry Mix together mayonaise and yogurt Add chopped green onion Add rosemary leaves Stir to blend
Baste fish, sprinkle bread crumbs on top, and salt and pepper to taste Cook 5 minutes on each side, baste 2nd side after turning
