Ingredients

2 cups cooked cubed chicken

1 cup chopped italian pickled vegetables

1/4 cup chopped basil

1 T juice from pickled vegetables

1/4 cup mayonaise

1/2 t Herbs de Provence

salt and pepper to taste

arugala

Preparation

Mix the the above ingredients, except the arugala.

Place a bed of arugala on a plate and top with salad.
