tablespoon olive or vegetable oil

oz. Italian sausage links, sliced

lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-sized pieces

cup chicken broth

(1-lb.) pkg. Garlic Frozen Vegetables with Pasta

teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4
teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/2
cup grated Parmesan cheese
1
(4-oz.) jar roasted red bell peppers, sliced

sprigs fresh basil, if desired
Preparation
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add sausage; cook and stir 2 minutes or until browned. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 minutes or until chicken and sausage are no longer pink in center.
Add broth, vegetables with pasta, oregano and thyme; mix well. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 7 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle each serving with cheese; top with roasted bell peppers. Garnish with basil.
