cups (6 oz.) purchased Italian blend salad greens or torn romaine lettuce

small yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips

1/2

small cucumber, sliced

small tomato, cut into wedges

thin slices red onion, separated into rings

oz. deli sliced cooked peppered roast beef, cut into strips

oz. sliced mozzarella cheese, cut into strips

tablespoon chopped fresh basil

6

tablespoons purchased fat-free Italian Parmesan or Italian salad dressing

Preparation

On 2 individual plates, arrange salad greens, bell pepper, cucumber, tomato and onion.

Arrange roast beef and mozzarella strips over salads; sprinkle with basil. Drizzle salad dressing over salads.
