Ingredients
2 lbs. small red potatoes
4 T. olive oil
1 cup Bertolli Tomato & Basil pasta sause
2 oz goat cheese
Fresh Basil for garnish
Preparation
Cut potatoes into serving size. Toss in bowl with oil to coat. Place on baking sheet and bake at 375 until lightly browned and tested with fork approx 20 min. Remove from oven and place small dallops of sause on potatoes, top with goat cheese. Return to oven and bake 10 more min. until cheese is soft and sause is warm. Remove from oven and place on serving plater.Garnish with basil.
