Ingredients

2 1/2# Bulk Italian Sausage

1/2 jar pickled yellow peppers cut-up. (Mild)

1 large can tomato paste

1 can water (use tomato paste can)

1 can red wine

1 large can mushroom pieces

1 large green pepper, cut-up

1/8 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Brown sausage and drain fat, add remaining ingredients and simmer about 2 hours. Great in a crock pot!
