Ingredients

2 Tbls olive oil

1 cup onion

2 cloves garlic

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 Tbls soy sauce

1/2 cup ketchup

1/4 cup Franks Hot Sauce

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 can cream of coconut

1/2 tsp cinnamon

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Sautee onions and garlic in a small pan with half the oil.

In a large pan add all ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
