Ingredients

2/3 cup (150 mL) regular or light mayonnaise

1 tbsp (15 mL) lime juice

1 tbsp (15 mL) granulated sugar

1 tsp (5 mL) prepared mustard

1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground ginger

1/4 tsp (1 mL) each of salt and pepper

4 cups (1 L) shredded Ontario Green Cabbage

1 Ontario Carrot, shredded

1 small Ontario Onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice, sugar, mustard, ginger, salt and pepper. Add cabbage, carrot, onion and parsley; mix well. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
