Ingredients
1 can chopped tomato (or 1/2 kg tomatoes)
2 garlic cloves (sliced)
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt, sugar (to taste)
additional: majoran or oregano or basil
Preparation
Heat the oil an put garlic for a few seconds to fry. Add tomato can (or finely sliced whole tomatoes). Add salt and sugar and cook 20 min. Pour over spaghetti (add parmesan if you like).
