Ingredients
dinty more stew
cubed beef
peas
tomatoes
salt
pepper
cumin
bay leaves
2 handfulls of carrots
4 potatoes
1/3 jar of gravy
2/3 bottle of guiness
Preparation
1.Pour Dinty more stew in crockpot.
2.Add cubed beef,peas,tomatoes,salt,pepper,cumin,bay leaves, and carrots.
3.Chop potatoes into cubes and add to pot along w/ 1/3 of jar of gravy and 2/3 bottle of guiness.
4.Cook for about 12-14 hrs. stirring throughout the day.
