lb Brussels sprouts, washed and trimmed (about 8 cups)

cup water

tablespoon butter

teaspoon salt

teaspoon pepper

slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
Preparation
Add Brussels sprouts and water to insert of 6-quart Instant Pot®; stir.
Secure lid; set pressure valve to SEALING. Select MANUAL; cook on high pressure 2 minutes. Select CANCEL. Set pressure valve in VENTING position to release pressure. Drain.
Toss cooked Brussels sprouts with butter, salt and pepper. Top with bacon.
