Ingredients

1 box Yellow (or chocolate) cake mix

1 cup orange marmalade

2 eggs

1/3 cup oil

water

For the frosting - use canned chocolate frosting & 1/4 cup orange marmalade

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 Line 24 muffin cups with paper liners

Prepare cake mix according to package directions - substituting 1 cup orange marmalade for 1 cup of the water (may need to add 1/4 cup water).

Bake according to package directions.

Frost when cool. Tastes best when they are refrigerated but it is not necessary.
