Ingredients
4 tomatoes (beefsteak)
1 lb fesh mozzarella
8 sprigs fresh basil
4 TBLS extra virgin olive oil
1 TBLS balsamic vinegar
salt
pepper
Preparation
Slice tomatoes and mozzarella uniformly, about 1/3 inch thick
Assemble, tomato, mozzarella, top with basil.
In small bowl mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Drizzle over dish- ENJOY!
