Ingredients

2 cups teff flour or whole wheat flout

1 cup all purpose flour

1.5 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup plain yogurt

3 cups club soda

2 tablespoons clarified butter

Preparation

  1. Whisk flours, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Whisk yogurt into club soda.
  3. Stir in flour mix.
  4. Strain to remove lumps

Cook 20-30 seconds each side in a crepe pan covered.
