Ingredients

1 lb spaghetti

3-4 large ripe tomatoes diced

10 basil leaves torn into little pieces

2 garlic cloves minced

2 tbl capers (optional)

1/4 c balsamic vinegar

1/2 c olive oil

kosher salt, pepper, and red pepper to taste

Preparation

combine all ingredients in a large bowl and let marinate for 30 minuites boil pasta to al dente transfer pasta to the bowl with the ingredients DO NOT DRAIN the pasta. Toss and serve with fresh grated parmesan cheese.
