Ingredients

2 12 oz cans of flaky biscuits

8 oz coo, whip (I use fat free)

8 oz cream cheese (I use reduced fat)

1/4 cup sugar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 c straberries, washed, hulled &sliced

Preparation

Bake biscuits according to package directions.

When cooled enough to handle slice biscuits.

Blend cool whip with softened cream cheese, vanilla & sugar until smooth.

To assemble, on biscuit bottom, add a layer of cool whip mixture, then stawberries, then more cool whip, top with biscuit top.
